학생지원팀에서는 신규 디자인 학생증 교체 발급을 아래와 같이 진행하오니 참고바랍니다.
1. 대상 : 기존 학생증 반납이 가능한 외국인 학생
2. 신청 기간 : 2022.11.25(금)~2022.12.01(목)
3. 신청 방법
1) 한양인 포털 로그인
2) '신청'메뉴에서 '학생증 재발급 신청' 클릭
3) 사유 선택('외국인 교체 발급')
4) 학생지원팀 방문(학생회관 3층)
4. 주의 사항
1) 1인 1학생증 원칙에 따라 기존 학생증은 반드시 학생지원팀에 반납 바랍니다. 반납 하지 않을 시, 무료 교체 발급이 어렵습니다.
2) 기존 학생증을 분실했을 경우, 3000원의 수수료 지불하면 유료 교체 발급 받으실 수 있습니다.
3) 신규 학생증 교체 발급은 필수 사항이 아니므로, 현재 사용 중인 기존 학생증 그대로 사용 가능합니다.

STUDENT AFFAIRS DIVISION will proceed reissuing a newly designed student ID card for foreign students as follows.
1. Subject of application : Foreign students who can give back their original student ID card
2. Application period : 2022.11.25.(Fri)~2022.12.01.(Thurs)
3. How to applicate
1) Log-in HY-IN portal
2) Click the menu ‘신청(application)-학생증 재발급 신청(Reissuing student ID card)’
3) Choose the reasons for issuance (‘외국인 교체 발급’)
4) Visit STUDENT AFFAIRS DIVISION(student union building 3rd floor)
4. Caution
1) You must give the original student ID card back to the STUDENT AFFAIRS DIVISION. If you don’t have your original student ID card, you can’t reissue a newly designed student ID card for free.
2) If you lost your original student ID card, you can reissue the card with 3,000 won.
3) It’s not necessary to reissue the new card, You can use your original student ID card.
