If the following actions are discovered, the student will be regarded as having committed academic misconduct, will be immediately removed from the exam room, and the exam score will be recorded as 0.
The student must complete and submit the “Cheating Incident Report” as instructed by the proctor, and may later be subject to disciplinary actions such as suspension through the university’s administrative procedures.

•  - Refusing to comply with the proctor’s request for identity verification or inspection of personal belongings

•  - Possessing prohibited items during the exam or storing items in unauthorized places against the proctor’s instructions

•  - ooking at another student’s answer sheet or showing one's answer sheet to another student

•  - Communicating with other students using gestures, sounds, or other signals

•  - Viewing unauthorized materials or using mobile phones, electronic devices, or wireless devices

•  - If any sound from a mobile phone, electronic device, or wireless device is heard during the exam, it is automatically considered cheating

•  - Forcing or threatening another student to show their answers

•  - Serious misconduct involving two or more students planning or organizing cheating in advance

•  - Requesting someone to take the exam on one’s behalf or taking an exam for someone else

•  - Forging an ID card

•  - Continuing to write after the exam has ended

•  - Other similar misconduct, including buying or selling past exam questions, or behavior inappropriate for students

★ Important notes for online exams

★ Using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to write exam answers or solve problems is considered a clear cheating act. If detected, the exam will receive a score of 0 and severe disciplinary measures may follow.

      The smartphone must be fixed in place using a tripod, books, etc., and must show the surrounding environment.
