<부정행위자에 대한 조치>
다음과 같은 행위를 하다가 발각된 경우에는 부정행위자로 간주하고 즉시 퇴실조치하며 시험은 0점 처리됩니다. 해당 학생은 감독관의 지시에 따라 <부정행위사실확인서>를 작성 제출해야하며 추후 교내 행정절차를 거쳐 정학 등의 징계에 처해질 수 있습니다. |
감독관의 본인 확인 및 소지품 검색 요구에 따르지 않는 행위 시험시간 동안 휴대가 허용되지 않은 물품을 휴대하거나, 감독관의 지시와 달리 임의의 장소에 보관하는 행위 다른 수험생의 답안지를 보거나 자신의 답안지를 다른 수험생에게 보여주는 행위 다른 수험생과 손동작, 소리 등으로 서로 신호를 하는 행위 부정한 휴대물을 보거나 휴대폰, 전자기기, 무선기기 등을 이용하는 행위 시험 도중 휴대폰, 전자기기, 무선기기 등의 작동음이 울릴 경우 무조건 부정행위로 간주함 다른 수험생에게 답 보여주기를 강요하거나 위협하는 행위 2인 이상이 사전에 조직적․계획적으로 모의하여 부정행위를 하는 등 심각한 부정행위 대리시험을 의뢰하거나 대리로 시험에 응시하는 행위 신분증을 위조하는 행위 시험 종료령이 울린 후에도 계속 답안지를 작성하는 행위 기타 위와 유사한 부정행위, 기출문제 매매 등 학생의 본분에 어긋나는 행위 |
<Actions Against Cheaters>

Students that have been caught engaging in any of the following acts will be considered to have cheated and will be checked-out immediately. Their exam score will be a 0. The student will need to fill out the <Cheating Confirmation Form> and the student be subject to disciplinary action from the university.

A. The act of not following the exam supervisor’s request for identification or inspection of personal belongings B. The act of carrying prohibited items into the exam, or keeping them in any place contrary to the instructions of the exam supervisor C. The act of looking at other students’ answer sheets or showing one’s answer sheet to another student. D. The act of signaling to other examinees with hand gestures, sounds, etc. E. Viewing prohibited belongings or using mobile phones, electronic devices, wireless devices, etc. F. If a mobile phone, electronic device, or wireless devices makes a sound during a test, the student will be considered to have conducted an act of cheating. G. The act of forcing or threatening another examinee for answers H. A serious misconduct, such as two or more people cheating systematically and deliberately in advance. I. Requesting a proxy test or taking an exam as a substitute for the real student. J. The act of forging an identification card K. Writing answers after the end of the examination L. Other similar actions that goes against students’ duties such as cheating or past question sales |
