* 연세대에서 사회학과 불문학 학사, 동 대학에서 사회학 석사, 그리고 코넬대에서 노사관계대학원(ILR School) 조직행동학 박사를 취득했다. 현재 한양대학교 경상대학 경영학부에서 조직행동분야의 조교수로 재직 중에 있으며, 조직이론, 창업과 기업가정신, 소셜네트워크에 관심을 갖고 연구하고 있다.
